Perepelkin Farms offers many different ways to get your farm fresh beef.
- Buy your beef in bulk!
- 1/4 Quarter 200-225 lbs. This option is a 'select side', you will get some cuts from the front and back quarter.
- 1/2 Half 400-450 lbs. This option allows you to purchase 1/2 of a beef, get all the cuts you want - and more of it!
- Full 800-900 lbs. This option allows you to have a full beef all to yourself! Cut and package how you want!!
All bulk orders must place a %50 deposit at time of booking.
Our beef cost is priced per pound hot hanging weight, this includes the cutting and wrapping at a licensed and inspected facility located outside of Penhold. The beef will hang for 14-21 days, and has a dry down of roughly 30%.
Our cattle will be butchered at 20-24 months of age (November - December) and finished on grain - everything butchered from Perepelkin Farms has been born and raised under Ashley's watchful eye!
